Ken has over 20 years of experience developing and commercializing surgical systems for Urologic, ENT and Dermatologic applications. Ken previously served as VP of R&D at Laserscope and led the conception and development of a market dominating solution for treating enlarged prostates. Ken received an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Richard has 15 years of experience in the medical device industry and has held corporate positions within clinical, sales, marketing, BD, strategy and leadership; chiefly with Medtronic. These roles have spanned multiple geographies, but Richard has a specific expertise within the European, Asia-Pacific and USA markets.
Adi is a result-oriented, highly technical leader with over 20 years of experience leading the development of seemingly impossible projects, which push both technological and scientific limits. She has led cutting edge laser projects at both Elbit Systems and Spectra-Physics. Adi has a Ph.D. in Physics from The Weizmann Institute of Science
Annette is a Silicon Valley medical device consultant with over 25 years experience. She has navigated several successful start ups (ArthroCare, Thermage/Solta) through the regulatory and quality landscape. She has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California and is a certified Regulatory Affairs Professional and Lead Auditor.
Paul has worked in the medical technology software sector for 37 years, in leading corporations including Coherent and VueMetrix. He has a strong academic profile with both Bachelor of Science and PhD qualifications in Physical Chemistry, along with a Postdoctoral Fellowship. Paul is also an avid Chess and Bridge player, holding numerous US titles.
Envisioning and creating elegant solutions is what excites Nghi, founder of Lux Precision. Nghi developed his first commercial product while earning a BS in mechanical engineering and undertook an MSME with Smart Product Design emphasis at Stanford University. Nghi holds multiple patent awards and has a proven track record of successful product development.
